Only the full villa can be booked with a maximum of 12 people.

We accept payments by credit card & Bank Transfer. A deposit of 30% of the rental must be paid to confirm the booking. The balance of the rental must be paid in full 30 days before the start of the rental.

Cancelation policy: 
60 days before arrival = full refund
59-30 days before arrival = 30% of the rental charge will be charged
29-1 days before arrival = 75% of the rental price will be charged
Now show = 100% of the rental price will be charged
If there are official Covid restrictions for traveling into the country or region = Full refund.
