Villa Bricco 46 has six double bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and finished in the villa's signature style: clean lines, neutral tones, and quality linen that makes it easy to settle in and slow down.
Every bedroom has:
- A double bed with quality mattress and bed linen provided
- Private en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- Air conditioning (heating and cooling)
- Natural light and countryside or vineyard views
- Ample storage and wardrobe space

Living spaces

Inside, the villa is designed for a group that actually wants to spend time together. The main living room is generous and light-filled, with sofas and seating for the whole group. The kitchen is fully equipped for serious cooking — hobs, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and everything you'd expect to find in a well-stocked Italian kitchen.

 

There are two dining areas: a large indoor dining table for evenings when the air turns cool, and a covered outdoor terrace with a second dining table for long summer lunches in the shade.

The pool and garden

The private swimming pool is the centrepiece of outdoor life at Villa Bricco. It looks directly out over the Barbera vineyards of the Monferrato hills — the same vines that produce Nizza DOCG, one of Piemonte's finest wines. The pool is not heated, so it can be used comfortably from spring through autumn.

 

Around the pool, there is shaded seating and sun loungers. The garden also has a full-size boules (pétanque) court, which has become a firm favourite with guests.
